720 Reference

A 720 degree reference is designed to give an individual feedback about their character, skills, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. It is called a 720 as it reflects their character in both in their personal and working life, therefore going around twice.  

Please complete this reference on behalf of the nominated delegate. We would encourage you to be as honest and thorough as possible as this will be most beneficial for the candidate. This reference will not be seen by the candidate, but information from it will help compile a spoken and written response for the candidate. We will be sensitive about the information, and will at no time relate you personally to any comments fed back to the candidate. We will be receiving several other references from a variety of people about the candidate.
