Gather with the Onelife team and others in ministry for an opportunity to encounter Jesus and invest in your relationship with him. You’ll spend a day inviting him to transform and sustain your own leadership as you seek to raise up young people to lead in every sphere of society.
The day will involve space to worship Jesus, learn from practical teaching, encounter the Holy Spirit and connect with others who are passionate about raising up a generation of impactful leaders.

Anyone involved in ministry who engages with young people – whether directly through youth work, or in another context like worship, mentoring, or training. This is for both paid workers and volunteers. We’re passionate about equipping anyone who is hoping to raise up young people as character-first, godly leaders.

Here’s an idea of the schedule (final timings tbc):
9.30am – Registration and welcome
10.00am – Main Session 1
11.15am – Toolkit Session 1
12.00pm – Break
12.15pm – Toolkit Session 2
1.00pm – Lunch (provided)
2.30pm – Leadership Panel with Q&A

What’s Involved?
Main Sessions
We’ll create loads of space to worship together and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, as well as hearing from a couple of speakers about what it looks like to lead ourselves well in youth ministry.
Leadership Panel
We’re gathering friends who are leading young people all over the UK to explore together what God is doing at this moment in the church and how we can lead out of our relationship with Jesus and create environments where young people encounter his presence in our week-to-week ministries, no matter their size.
Toolkits
This is where we get practical! With a number of sessions to choose from, this is the space where we ask ‘how does this land on the ground in my everyday youth practice?’
